DELIVERY

We recognize your order is important and we guarantee success in all the deliveries.

All the orders will be SHIPPED FREE using a special delivery trackable (Fedex, MRW o DHL)  and INSURED service by JOYERIA MAPY whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, If you do not receive the goods in person then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

The customer must inform JOYERIA MAPY of any incident in the delivery via email: clientes@joyeriamapy.com

DELIVERY TIMES

Once the purchase has been confirmed, the delivery time will not exceed 7 business days, with the usual delivery time of less than 2-3 business days for shipments within the national territory (Canarias, Península y Baleares) from Monday to Saturday.

5-7 business days: Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Holand, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Norway, Switzerland.

The delay of the order will entitle the customer to cancel the order with return of the amounts paid but in no case will it involve any compensation.

INSURANCE

Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

TAX AND DUTIES

We deliver to the following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price, so you will not have to pay any tax when you receive your order.
